Disputing Charges

If you receive a charge to the credit card we have on file for you that you do not recognize:

  1. First, review the ‘Pricing’ information here in our Help Center for an explanation of possible charges that you can incur as a member of Safe2Meet, or while going through the process of becoming a member
  2. If you are still unsure of why you have been charged, please email us at support@safe2meet and provide the following information:
  • Your First and Last Name
  • The email address you registered with
  • The date and amount of the charge you don’t recognize

 

A member of our support staff will investigate your charge and respond within 24-48 hours with an explanation.
