If you receive a charge to the credit card we have on file for you that you do not recognize:
- First, review the ‘Pricing’ information here in our Help Center for an explanation of possible charges that you can incur as a member of Safe2Meet, or while going through the process of becoming a member
- If you are still unsure of why you have been charged, please email us at support@safe2meet and provide the following information:
- Your First and Last Name
- The email address you registered with
- The date and amount of the charge you don’t recognize
A member of our support staff will investigate your charge and respond within 24-48 hours with an explanation.
